Business Aspect was formed in 2005, by 5 founding partners. Since that time, we have grown to a point where we now number 40+ personnel, with significant further growth planned over the coming years. Our success has been achieved through the delivery of high-calibre consulting services and senior contract staff placement to both the Government and Corporate sector.
The purpose of our business is to assist clients in executing their business strategy through either large-scale business transformation or by addressing smaller challenges in specific areas of the business. We focus on business first and then address technology needs as an enabler of the business change. We have skills in business and technology strategy, architecture, control, planning, design and governance addressing all layers of the business including people, organisational change, process change, information management, IT applications and technology infrastructure.
Our goal with every engagement is to deliver completely independent strategies and advice that is focussed on deliverable outcomes without any bias towards particular products or services. This independent market position allows us to negotiate with a range of vendors on behalf of our clients and work with integrators to deliver top-down and bottom-up solutions that meets both short-term business requirements and longer-term strategic business direction.
In Summary, Business Aspect is the interpreter between IT and business units. We translate business needs into IT outcomes and we complement this with our ability to work with all parts of the organisation, in maximising the benefits that they collectively gain from IT.
