Education and Training

The Education and Training industry hold the key to Australia's ongoing development as a nation. It remains a focus of all levels of government in this country and faces significant challenges in continuing to evolve to meet the demands of students, and other stakeholders. This industry is shaped by federal and state governments in liaison with public and private schools, and tertiary education through universities and technical colleges.

As with other industries, the development and execution of effective strategy at people, process and technology levels is critical in the delivery of required outcomes in such a complex environment. Equally important is the ability to execute on defined strategies through the definition of planning, architecture and related support material. Consideration of risk-related matters is also important in this process.

Business Aspect’s ability to apply disciplines such as strategy, architecture and risk to the education industry has led to the delivery of outstanding results at both federal and state level, in addition to contributing to other parts of the sector including the catholic and independent systems. Outcomes delivered by Business Aspect across the sector have included: ICT strategies, interoperability strategies, identity management strategies, current state analysis for student identifiers, and architecture related work at both the enterprise level, and across the various domains.
