Business Aspect announces a new management structure to support national growth
Brisbane, Australia (6 July, 2016) Business Aspect today announced the formation of a new leadership structure more closely aligned with supporting the sustained growth of its service offering throughout Australia.
Business Aspect Managing Partner David Lennon said: “Over the past 11 years, we have built a strong business in our home state of Queensland as well as delivering an increasing number of client projects in other eastern seaboard locations. In the 18 months since the acquisition of Business Aspect by Data#3 we have been expanding our presence throughout Australia, with a focus on NSW, Victoria and the ACT. The new leadership structure will help consolidate our position as a leading boutique consultancy operating along the eastern seaboard and position us to meet the needs of our rapidly growing national business.
The executive team, headed by Business Aspect Managing Partner David Lennon and Data#3 CEO Laurence Baynham, is responsible for the executive governance of Business Aspect including reporting through to the Data#3 board.
Senior Leadership Team
The senior leadership team is responsible for day-to-day operations and will comprise of Territory Partners with overall responsibility for each state. Other significant changes include the creation of Service Line and Industry Leads to ensure an effective client engagement approach nationally. As part of that restructure we are pleased to announce the promotion of Greg Field, Andrew Clark, Carsten Larsen, David Smith, Richard Eden and Sam Ransley as Partners, joining existing Partners Jacob Formann, Brendon Taylor, Sam Higgins and Mark Watt on the new senior leadership team.
David Lennon said: “Our clients want access to the best people and teams nationally. This restructure will expand their options, through the presence of a member of the senior leadership team in each of our major markets. We are very excited about the opportunities this will create.”
