The last concert I went to was:
Kylie Minogue ….. and totally embarrassed my daughter by dancing in the aisles (with the other oldies).
Your favourite quote:
“Let’s not pontificate“ I picked this up from an old manager of mine.
It’s Sunday morning at 10am, if I’m not sleeping I’m:
Usually driving the kids to their sporting activities (rowing, football, basketball, snowsports) and being loud and proud from the sidelines. On the rare occasions we have no sporting commitments, there is nothing I like more than to catch up for brunch with family or friends at a retro café in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
The book currently on my bedside table is:
I usually have multiple books on the go at the same time. At the moment I’m reading ‘Tricky Teens’ by Andrew Fuller – I am raising 17 year old twins on my own and yes it’s definitely tricky!
I love getting lost in a crime novel and my current one ‘A Banquet of Consequences’ by Elizabeth George is a good read.
And to keep up with the hype – I’ve just started ‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’
The best advice I have ever been given:
“Sometimes you just need to relax and trust that things will work out. Let go a little and let life happen”:
