Tracey is a Transformation and Governance Leader with over 15 years’ experience developing and executing formal PMO and Project Management structures and frameworks which delivered business improvements and standardisation of project execution and outcomes. Tertiary qualified, commercially astute with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Tracey’s experience spans industries including information technology, government, media, retail, non for profit and construction. She is a certified Senior Project Manager (Dip. Project Management, Agile, PROSCI Change Management).
