Business Aspect expands Cyber Security and Risk Capabilities

We are excited to welcome Brett Ogilvie to the Business Aspect national Cyber Security and Risk team as a Principal Consultant.  Brett is based in Brisbane and has an extensive career in cyber security spanning some decades, including running his own security consulting business for a number of years along with an extensive career in large multinational consulting organisations.

Brett

Brett has a fascination with the Industrial Control Systems and Operational Technology (OT) security domain, which augments Business Aspect’s existing cybersecurity capabilities and forms the basis for deeper offerings to our clients in this domain which we will continue to expand under Brett’s guidance, assisting and delivering outcomes to our clients across industries such as Health, Utilities, Energy and Mining.

Business Aspect’s Managing Partner for Cyber Security, Brendon Taylor says Brett’s appointment to the team comes at an exciting time for the business and solidifies our capabilities in the OT security domain, which is a growing area for us, particularly with our expanding mining and energy customer base and with the increasingly stringent regulatory environment around critical infrastructure and information security in general. Expanding these capabilities also supports the capabilities of our parent company Data#3 and their extensive reach into the mining sector.
