Principal Consultant - Information and Analytics (Qld)

Bernadette is a principal-level data, AI and analytics consultant with more than 15 years’ experience leading strategic advisory, governance and delivery initiatives across government, health, research and enterprise environments. She brings deep expertise in data strategy, data governance, AI policy, analytics, semantic data systems and information architecture. Her expertise is supported by strong commercial, stakeholder engagement and consulting leadership capability.

Her recent career experience includes co-leading data and AI initiatives at QUT’s Centre for Data Science, providing independent ethics and governance advice to CSIRO, and founding and leading data-focused consulting and technology businesses in Australia and the United States.  Bernadette combines academic depth, including a PhD in data governance and public policy, with hands-on commercial and delivery experience.

Bernadette specialises in strategic AI management and data governance and brings a practitioner’s perspective to helping organisations navigate AI adoption, data ethics, and regulatory compliance across healthcare, financial services, and government.
