As a former CIO and Senior Director, he personally led digital transformation in large enterprises including in the Public Sector and Health, and has significant transformation experience in a variety of other sectors. Mark’s expertise includes comprehensive pragmatic advisory across the complete lifecycle of Digital, having held senior roles in assurance, strategy, transformation, project/program delivery, procurement, sales, consulting, operations and cybersecurity.

- Leading strategic change and roadmap delivery for a variety of public sector customers, including focusing on capability transformation across people, process and technology

- Service transformation and portfolio redesign, transforming governance and strategic processes to increase value and eliminate duplication
- Improved Service catalogue adoption by reducing the over-bundling of services which also increased business agility.
