As a Project Manager he has been involved with establishing: project / program management offices, detailed project processes, direction setting and scope management, risk and issue management, regular reporting, learning and completion reviews. He has also worked extensively in service and contract management with external services providers, and service level agreement negotiation and development between internal business and information technology groups. He has also had significant experience in strategic planning at an organisational, business unit and team level delivering operational plans and inevitably project plans identifying major activities such as scope, deliverables, resourcing, timelines, budget and risks.
His change management experience at both the corporate and local level is extensive, as is demonstrated by the longevity of his time and the outcomes he has achieved, with numerous organisations over his working career.
