Case Study: ICT Strategy
Business Aspect was engaged to develop a business-driven ICT Strategy for the organisation. The strategy needed to take into consideration a complex array of factors external to the organisation.
This engagement demonstrated Business Aspect's ability to add value for our client over an extended period, through the development of a detailed understanding of the organisation’s requirements in the context of significant change within the industry sector.
