A large state government agency has engaged Business Aspect to undertake a review of a major state wide information system. The scope of the engagement includes:
1) Review of the existing arrangement.
2) Define the steps and resources required to enable a procurement process after the expiry of the existing arrangement.
3) Undertake a strategic assessment to determine business requirements.
4) Conduct a market scan and preliminary evaluation to determine potential options.
5) Develop a business case.
