A Fresh Perspective for the New Year
After a well-deserved break, our Business Aspect team is back from holidays refreshed and renewed for what is already shaping up to be a busy and exciting year. We had an exceptionally busy time leading up to the Christmas break and that has set the business on track for strong growth and new challenges during 2015.
Here are a few early updates from us prior to our next newsletter being issued in February.
This month we are pleased to make financial contributions to the Charities that our clients and staff helped to nominate during our end of year Christmas message. We are pleased to be supporting
- Variety, The Children’s Charity
- Surf Lifesaving Foundation
- MS Australia
Next month we will host the inaugural Business Aspect Boardroom Breakfast series in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with selected executives from across Australia contributing to the national conversation on “Preparing Australia for a Location Enabled Society”. In each city some of the nation’s most senior and influential executives will provide invaluable insights as Australian Governments establish the foundations for open data access to national information resources that affect industry and influence business models.
And in March, Business Aspect Managing Partner, Mark Watt, will address attendees at this year’s Locate15 conference in Brisbane with his paper on the same topic. Locate15 is the premier national spatial information conference and exhibition in Australia and New Zealand. Mark will draw upon his own extensive experience as well as taking the input from the three Boardroom Breakfasts to address the national and international delegate base. You can read more about Locate15 here
Don’t forget that you can read highlights from our latest client delivery projects and industry insights in the quarterly BA Perspectives Newsletter.
