Chris is a Senior Software Engineer who helps clients design, develop and manage solutions to meet their desired goals in improving efficiency and automation. David Rushton

David Rushton is a Senior Consultant based out of Business Aspect’s Sydney office. After 25 years in large-scale program and project management, David remains fascinated by process improvement around program delivery. He has been researching and developing a new capability area called Delivery Governance. The application of Delivery Governance leads to significant increases in delivery success rates of strategic initiatives, change initiatives and projects (an increase in EBITDA of up to 12%).

David Zuill

Steven Moore

Steven has over 20 years-experience across Asset Maintenance, Information Technology and Telecommunications disciplines, having operated in both senior technical and senior management capacities; most recently in the resource sector and previously in water utilities and Local Government.  This combination of strong skill sets covering both technical and management arenas has positioned Steven well for; setting business direction, developing business requirements and translating these into technical solutions.

Steven’s ICT experience ranges from bringing together automation and enterprise environments through best practice architectural and security implementations for process control and safety systems integrations, to infrastructure portfolio management and delivering ICT outsourcing programs.  He has been instrumental in the selection and implementation of wireless communications systems, ICT vendor environment extractions, building ICT programmes of work, ICT outsourcing, selection and implementation of hosted and IaaS environments and managed network services.  In addition to this, Steven has extensive experience in managing commercial operations within public sector environments; particularly around uplifting cost centre operations to a commercial footing and then on to fully viable, commercially sound and contestable enterprises.  To produce these results, he has used a successful pattern of refocussing delivery attitudes and culture in tandem with enhancement of processes, systems, relationships and operational safety performance.

Steve is a Senior Solution Architect / Consultant, with responsibility for analysing and designing enterprise solutions. He has worked for both public and private sector clients, with recent experience in Education and Vocational Training, e-Health and Travel Management. He has international experience living and working in Australia, UK and USA.

Steve has a strong software design and implementation background, specialising in web, API and integration solutions. He has experience designing large integration solutions using a range of Microsoft and open-source technologies, including SQL Server Integration Services, Windows Communication Foundation, Managed Extensibility Framework, Java Messaging Service and JBOSS Fuse.

He is currently a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist in the .NET Framework, TOGAF 9 Certified (Level 1 and 2), and PRINCE2 Foundation Certified.

He recently spent two years travelling to Mongolia to deliver a major technology and support team integration for a global mining company.

Tony Slevin

Tony has over 25 years’ experience across all facets of the ICT industry and brings a wealth of local and international experience to Business Aspect.  He has held management and key leadership positions in firms such as Advent Australia, and DST International, both in the UK and Australia.

Tony has strong leadership and motivational abilities and is well versed in delivering targets, objectives, budgets, plans and projects with high pressure time frames. He demonstrates exceptional stakeholder engagement / management capabilities providing an excellent conduit between the technical and business areas.

Tony has extensive experience in Consulting, Program / Project Management and Client Management and has successfully run and delivered complex programs of concurrent projects across diverse geographical regions.  He is outcome focused, with an acute understanding and awareness of a client’s needs and objectives, from initial consultation right through to final solution delivery.

Wayne’s career has focussed on information technology for over 25 years. He has over 15 years’ experience in programme / project management across multiple sectors.

Wayne’s main areas of interest are in applying information technology in a disciplined and structured manner to deliver business value. He does this by delivering well planned and managed programmes in a consultative style and has demonstrated his capability in this area with recent clients such as Rio Tinto, CSIRO and assisting in deployment of the Queensland governments Identity Directory and Email Service Program.

As a Project Manager he has been involved with establishing: project / programme management offices, detailed project processes, direction setting and scope management, risk and issue management, regular reporting, learning and completion reviews. He has also worked extensively in service and contract management with external services providers, and service level agreement negotiation and development between internal business and information technology groups. He has also had significant experience in strategic planning at an organisational, business unit and team level delivering operational plans and inevitably project plans identifying major activities such as scope, deliverables, resourcing, timelines, budget and risks.
